What is a ‘Pet Health Plan’?
Our Pet Health Plan is not insurance. It includes the regular things, like vaccinations, flea, worm and parasite treatments, health checks and advice, all in an easy monthly payment plan. Whether your pet is young or old, our Pet Health Plan is designed to adapt to their needs, from infancy through adulthood to the senior years.
Please note: By joining the plan you are committing to a 12 month agreement which gives you products and services at a discounted rate. Should you terminate the contract early, you will be invoiced for the normal price of any products and services you have had, minus the amount you had paid until the plan was cancelled. For dog owners: to choose the correct plan, you must base the weight on the expected adult weight of your dog.
Only clients that are registered with a Willows Vet Group surgery can join the Pet Health Plan. If you are not currently a client, please call your nearest surgery to make sure they are registering new clients before signing up online.
It is important for us to hold up to date contact information for you to help service your plan. Contact your branch if anything changes so we can update our records.

You will then be sent a welcome letter, which includes a copy of your full agreement details. You have 14 days to cancel if you should want to.
